VentCRM pricing: every dollar, all in
$750 once. $129 a month. No tiers, no contract, and nothing held back for a sales call. Here's exactly what you'd pay and what each dollar covers.

The two numbers
- $750 one-time — white-glove setup. I build your system, load your data, and get you running.
- $129 per month — hosting, updates, and direct support. One plan, every feature included.
This is founding-operator pricing: I onboard every founding operator personally, with a direct line to me and a say in what gets built next.
What the $750 setup covers
- Private VentCRM setup — your own system on your own domain
- Your logo and business customization
- Your services and prices loaded
- Customer and job migration
- Jobber migration when applicable
- Stripe connection so you can take cards and send payment links
- Business texting number registered the right way, so texts deliver
- Your booking rules and service area configured
- A walkthrough on your phone, on a call with me
- Direct support from me after — no ticket queue
What the $129/month covers
- Hosting of your own private deployment and its dedicated database.
- Updates — the system improves as I improve it for my own company.
- Support from me directly: email, text, or call. No ticket queue.
- Every feature, with no tiers: the full list is on the main page.
The two pass-through costs
Two things are billed by usage, and neither is marked up into a profit center:
- Text messages — billed at cost, typically a few dollars a month. Confirmations, reminders, on-my-way texts, review requests, and receipts all go out from a business number registered to your company.
- Card processing — paid by you to Stripe, at Stripe’s standard published rates, through your own Stripe account. VentCRM never holds your money and takes no cut.
What you won’t pay
- No feature tiers or upgrade plans.
- No contract and no cancellation fee.
- No charge on the demo call — no payment is taken there.
- No fee to get your data out: CSV exports are self-serve inside the app, and cancellation includes a complete export.
Is it worth it for a one-truck business?
Honest answer: VentCRM is not the cheapest software you can buy. Self-serve field-service apps have lower entry prices, and if monthly cost is your deciding factor, one of them is the better fit — I lay that out plainly in the comparison.
What you’re paying for here is ownership and having it done for you: a private system that’s yours, already shaped for vent cleaning, set up and migrated by someone who runs the same kind of company — and who picks up the phone. The best way to judge is free: open the live demo on your phone and run a fake job from booking to paid invoice.
Common questions
- What does VentCRM cost?
- $750 one-time for white-glove setup, then $129/month, which covers hosting, updates, and support. Text-message usage is billed separately at cost, and card payments run through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard published rates. There's no contract.
- Are there plan tiers or per-feature upgrades?
- No. There is one plan and it includes everything: online booking with deposits, two-way texting, scheduling, quotes, e-signed agreements, invoicing, payments, review requests, annual re-booking reminders, technician logins, and CSV exports.
- Are card-processing fees included?
- No — card processing is between you and Stripe at Stripe's standard published rates, through your own account. VentCRM takes no cut of your payments, and payouts land directly in your bank. The $129/month covers the software.
- How much does the texting cost?
- Text-message usage is billed at cost — typically a few dollars a month for a small operation. Texts go out from a real business number registered to your company, which is part of setup.
- Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
- No contract. Cancel anytime, and cancellation comes with a complete export of your data — customers, jobs, invoices, and message history. You can also export clients, invoices, and leads to CSV yourself from inside the app at any time.
- Can I pay online and start right now?
- No, on purpose. There's no self-service checkout — I talk with every operator before taking a dollar, to make sure VentCRM actually fits how you work. You can try the live demo at demo.ventcrm.com immediately, with no signup.
- Why is there a setup fee?
- Because setup is real work done for you, not a signup form: building your private system, loading your services, prices, and customers, migrating from Jobber if you're on it, registering your business texting number with the carriers, connecting Stripe, and walking you through it all on a call.
