Privacy Policy

VentCRM is field-service software operated by Vent Pro NYC, Inc. (“we,” “us”), a New York corporation. This policy covers two things: what we collect from visitors to ventcrm.com (including demo.ventcrm.com), and how data is handled inside the VentCRM systems we host for customer businesses (“operators”).

Information we collect on this website

• Demo-request form. If you ask for a demo, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone, and the optional details you choose to add. We use it solely to respond to your request and set up your demo. It is stored securely in our database and emailed to us; it is never published, sold, or added to a mailing list.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand page traffic (see the Cookie Policy). We track which buttons are used (for example, “demo opened”), but never the contents of anything you type into a form.
• The live demo. demo.ventcrm.com is a sandbox filled with fictional data. It signs you in automatically without asking for any personal information. Anything you enter into the sandbox is erased automatically on a recurring schedule — don’t put real customer data in it.

Data inside hosted VentCRM systems

Each operator’s VentCRM system runs as its own deployment with its own database. The customer records inside an operator’s system belong to that operator’s business — we process them only to provide the service (hosting, support, migrations requested by the operator). We do not sell operator data or their customers’ data, use it for advertising, or contact an operator’s customers.

Service providers

• Stripe processes card payments. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s pages and are never stored by VentCRM.
• A texting provider (Twilio) transmits SMS messages sent from VentCRM systems.
• Hosting. The application runs on Vercel and data is stored in Postgres databases on Neon, on infrastructure located in the United States.
• Email. Transactional email is delivered through Resend.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not affiliated with Jobber, Stripe, or Twilio.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted through this website at any time — email info@ventpro.nyc.
• Operators can export their data at any time and receive a complete export on cancellation — see the Cancellation & Data Export Policy.
• If you received a text or email from a business that uses VentCRM, that business controls its customer list — contact them directly, or reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from them.

Retention

Demo-request submissions are kept while we work your request and for our records of the inquiry; ask and we’ll delete yours. Operator systems are retained while the subscription is active and deleted after cancellation as described in the Cancellation & Data Export Policy.

Children

VentCRM is business software. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
